Ordered the Small noodles (or large noodles: wide egg noodle) House Special includes: ground pork, pork slices, and shrimp as proteins. The proteins sit on top of “pho” like rice noodles and The interesting part to me was that you can have soup. that it comes with, ON the noodles OR on the side with a slab of pork bone. Ok now let me get your mind straight, this isn’t like a bowl of pho. The best way to put it is a bowl of noodles half filled w soup or soup on the side that you can slowly scoop in to moisten.
